Job summary

Coos County Jail seeks a part-time Corrections Support role to monitor and control inmate, staff, and visitor movement within the facility. You will operate security systems and provide administrative support to corrections staff.

Responsibilities include operating cameras and access systems, screening visitors, and maintaining records. Must have a high school diploma or GED and basic typing/computer skills; CJIS certification and background checks required.

Conditions of Employment:

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and DMV driving-record check.

Schedule:

Part-time; hours and schedule will vary based on business needs.

Rate of pay:

$20.00 an hour.
