Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeks a Wirer I to handle wiring of control panels and ensure high quality at low cost in line with company procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, following schematics, selecting correct wires, performing crimping and labeling, and maintaining accurate paperwork while following safety rules. This role requires familiarity with wiring standards and blueprints, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read product specifications, blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in using wire strippers, cutters, crimpers and Ty-bases.
• Capable of maintaining paperwork and records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review work order for correct parts and drawings.
• Follow schematics to wire panels per customer specifications.
• Ensure correct wire selection and connections per wiring standards.
• Perform crimping and lugging and label application as required.
• Complete necessary paperwork and records to maintain compliance.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain clean, organized work area.
