Motor Controls Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Control Panel Wirer to read electrical schematics, assemble and test low‑voltage panels, and wire components per engineering docs in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering documents.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient with hand tools, crimp tools, wire preparation tools, and basic electrical test equipment.
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift materials as part of panel shop work.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of material before and during assembly.
• Assemble, wire, label, and test low‑voltage control panels per documentation and quality standards.
• Route and bundle wires neatly to maintain workmanship and panel appearance.
• Install components including terminal blocks, relays, PLC-related devices, Ethernet devices, power supplies, and instrumentation components.
• Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, ferruling, wire harness work, and device terminations safely.
