TeamDDB is an integrated agency team composed of multiple Omnicom agencies and one outside research agency.TeamDDB is exclusively dedicated toservicing the US Army’s Recruitment Mission. DDB is the prime agency, positioning it as the leader and chief integrator of the group.TeamDDB is approximately 100+ people strong, headquartered inChicago but with local teams across the country and a few agency specialists in Washington DC and Houston.
Responsibilities
At DDB, our Contract Specialistisresponsible for all aspects of contract administration on assigned projects. Under the supervision of a Contracts Manager, this role will support and/or perform all activities related to the development and administration of contracts and subcontracts, ensuring adherence to the federal government contract, overall business strategy and corporate policies.
This is an entry level job with growth potential within the team. This position is equivalent to a federal contract specialist in the GS-6 - 9 pay scale.

This role requires regular in-office presence with a minimum of three days per week, to engage and collaborate in in-person team interactions and meetings as required.
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of DDB Chicago. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
