Job summary

The Tennessee Board of Regents System Office is seeking a Service Center Associate, Contracts & Reporting to manage contract processing and reporting across multiple institutions. You will ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations, and provide professional services with accurate contract data and responsive customer service.

This role may offer remote work options within Tennessee and periodic travel to the Nashville area for system office engagements and meetings.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree OR Administrative Assistant certificate OR a high school/GED with 3 years procurement or contract experience.
• Experience or training in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with Banner or similar ERP system.
• Experience with Jaggaer or similar procurement system.

Responsibilities

• Contracts processing for System Office, institutional and system-wide contracts and revisions.
• Respond to inquiries from System Office Staff and campus constituents regarding contracts.
• Advise staff on preparation of contract documents and contract compliance.
• Assist with entering contract information and maintaining the contracts log.
