Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Paralegal for a temporary position with a reputable nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC.

This assignment is expected to last through October 2025 and will follow a hybrid work schedule.

The Contracts Paralegal will support the General Counsel's office by:

1. Reviewing and managing commercial contracts
2. Conducting legal and policy research
3. Preparing legal documents in response to regulatory inquiries, business transactions, estate and gift transactions, litigation, and other matters
