Overview

Responsible for analyzing, processing, and inputting contract-related data into the Contracts Management system(s). Throughout the contract lifecycle, this role will ensure data integrity and compliance while supporting the broader contract management team with timely processing and electronically filing of contract-related documents. This role can be in Evendale, Ohio or Remote US.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input contract data into designated systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.

  • Data Validation: Review and verify contract information for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • System Updates: Maintain and update contract records in the database, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.

  • Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from contract data to support decision-making and operational needs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with contract managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data alignment.

  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of contract data and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data input and processing workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.

  • Compliance: Ensure all data handling practices align with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum of two years proven experience in data entry, contract processing, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, contract management systems).

  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or similar industries.

Desired Characteristics
  • Familiarity with lean principles or process improvement methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $77,300.00 – 103,000.00 USD per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on August 10, 2025.
