Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day Contract Operations and ensure contract lifecycle activities align with policies and objectives.
• Act as an advisor to section managers on contract operations and procurement processes.
• Monitor and improve contract administration performance and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain contract operations systems, procedures, and controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Define service levels to match policy requirements and stakeholder expectations.
