Qualifications

• Experience reviewing contracts, specs or similar documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documents.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex requirements.
• Ability to research information and work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines.
• Experience with technical drawings is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and documentation to identify specifications and material requirements.
• Extract commercial and technical requirements into actionable material needs.
• Assist in developing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supply lists.
• Review drawings and docs to ensure alignment with contract specs.
• Compare specifications and drawings to verify materials and components.
• Research specs using company resources when information is unclear.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve conflicting requirements.
• Use Excel to organize and analyze project information and data.
• Work independently as a primary contributor with project guidance when needed.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency in reviewing technical information.
• Learn new terminology and concepts relevant to manufacturing and defense.
• Support streamlined workflow by meeting deadlines and keeping records.
