Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager/Paralegal to support its legal team, owning contract intake, administration, and workflow as the company scales. You’ll manage NDAs, vendor and supply-chain contracts, and help implement the CLM platform, clearing an existing backlog.

You will collaborate with Senior Corporate Counsel and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup, applying AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, paralegal support, legal operations, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting high-volume commercial contracting in-house, preferably in tech, manufacturing, energy, or high-growth.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple urgent requests with limited supervision.
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment on escalation to counsel.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms, contract repositories, intake tools, and workflow design.
• Experience with AI-enabled legal technology.

Position Summary

Antora Energy is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager/Paralegal to support its growing legal team and improve the speed, consistency, visibility, and efficiency of its commercial contracting process. Reporting to and working closely with Senior Corporate Counsel, this hands-on role will own contract intake, administration, and workflow as the company scales — supporting Supply Chain, Project Development, Engineering, Finance, and other business teams. You'll manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and supply-chain contracts, while helping implement and administer the Company's CLM platform and clearing an existing contract backlog.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, organization, tracking, routing, and administration of commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, supply-chain agreements, and related documents.
• Triage incoming requests and manage competing priorities to support timely deal cycles and business operations.
• Help organize and clear the existing contract backlog; maintain clear visibility into contract status, approvals, obligations, and deadlines.
• Support contract review and redlining within defined playbooks and escalation parameters.
• Coordinate signatures, maintain executed agreements and metadata, and support post-signature obligation management.
• Partner with Senior Corporate Counsel to implement and administer the Company's selected CLM platform.
• Draft and improve intake forms, templates, trackers, and workflows in partnership with Senior Corporate Counsel and key business stakeholders.
• Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency, while ensuring data quality and avoiding incomplete or unreviewed AI-generated work product.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, paralegal support, legal operations, procurement contracting, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; paralegal experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting high-volume commercial contracting in-house, preferably within a technology, manufacturing, energy, or high-growth company.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple urgent requests with limited supervision.
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment regarding when to escalation issues to counsel.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms, contract repositories, intake tools, and workflow design.
• Experience with AI-enabled legal technology.

Salary Range: $163,000 USD - $195,000 USD

Salary Basis: Annual

The actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experiences, credentials and expertise, as they pertain to the position's requirements.
