Job summary

Altamira Technologies Corporation has a long history supporting the U.S. National Security community. The company seeks a Contracts Manager to lead contract activities at its McLean, VA or Warrenton, VA location.

You will report to the Director of Contracts and Pricing and participate in proposal development, contracting, pricing strategy, and project management in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly or Full-Scope Poly preferred.
• 10+ years of federal contracts experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, TINA, ITAR.
• Excel experience, pricing and subcontract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate contracts and subcontracts; negotiate terms.
• Manage proposals and contract activities including pricing and cost volumes.
• Draft and manage prime/subcontract documents; prepare NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Prepare responses to representations and certifications.
• Assemble and submit deliverables per contract requirements; interface with customer points of contact.
• Maintain contracts, subcontracts, and pricing databases.
