Center for Family and Child Enrichment in Miami Gardens, FL, is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee all contract activity with providers, payers, and partners. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

You will collaborate with program heads and the Finance Department to ensure terms are met and reports are generated. A strong background in contract management within healthcare or social services is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of contract management experience in healthcare/social services.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of contract agreements, amendments, and renewal notices.
• Ensure contracts and amendments comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Create and revise policies and procedures to follow state and federal regulations.
• Manage the Compliatric database to ensure accountability with internal processes.
• Collaborate with program heads and staff to track contractual requirements and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accounts receivable/payable align with contract terms.
• Monitor contract breaches and develop response plans.
• Provide support to staff on contract-related matters.
• Report contractual issues to supervisor and CEO.
