Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery seeks a Contracts Manager for aviation construction in the Los Angeles area. The role focuses on supporting contracting strategies for major projects, drafting RFPs, scorecards and contracts, and guiding procurement with private-sector clients.

Ideal candidates will have contracts administration experience on large-scale construction programs. On-site presence is expected, with a broad scope across multi-packaged contracts and SOX controls where applicable.

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking to engage highly skilled Contracts Management talent in the Los Angeles area. The ideal individuals will have prior contracts administration experience supporting large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction projects using a range of privately funded delivery models.
• Support the provision of specialist contracts and related procurement advice to private sector clients across a variety of healthcare construction contracts.
• Drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluation scorecards and contracts and supporting the process for procuring vendors.
• Developing contract structures for the main delivery strategies, including in multi-packaging scenarios on complex projects with multiple contract interfaces.
• Supporting end-to-end procurement services on major construction and construction-services-related projects.
• Building positive relationships within the project team and with Client personnel and their key advisors.
• Managing and updating internal contract team trackers, reviewing SOW’s and MPA’s proposal documentation and the work winning capability of the contract services division.
• Supporting the delivery of both team and wider business targets.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

The salary range for this full-time role is $90-$165K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
