Job summary

You'll streamline contract administration and execution timelines, balance business needs with protections on sensitive clauses, and incorporate automation and AI tools to improve efficiency in the contract review process.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction contract language and its legal implications in Virginia, DC, and Maryland.
• 3+ years of relevant experience managing the full lifecycle of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word for negotiating and redlining contract language.
