CoVoltPower is seeking a Contracts Manager in Houston for subcontract management across EPC projects. The role is based in the Downtown Houston office on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). You will review bids, negotiate terms, and support project teams with exhibits, scope, and schedules.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong writing and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of construction contracts and drawings. Travel to sites may be required.

The Contracts Manager will manage all aspects of the Subcontract Management for assigned Projects and as assigned by Director of Subcontractor and VP of Procurement including but not limited to; prequalification, negotiation and execution of Agreements, ChangeManagementand close-out. This is an individual contributor role and will be based in the Downtown Houston office on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).
