Your role is critical in managing vendor contract requirements for a wide range of indirect procurement categories including Machine Tooling, Calibration Services, IT, Chemicals, Facilities, Logistics and Professional Services. You will report to the Senior Contracts Manager. You will have an onsite or hybrid work schedule.As a Contracts Manager you will....* Support procurement managers to develop and execute procurement strategies.* Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Includes drafting contractual language, reviewing and responding to proposed vendor contractual deviations.* Collaborate with various Moog functional disciplines on contract requirements, e.g., trade compliance, VAT, duties, Incoterms, cyber security, FAR, DFARS, and other relevant areas.* Consult with internal and external legal counsel on contract-related matters.* Provide contracts guidance and support to procurement and logistics managers.* Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and associated supplier communications.* Develop and maintain a variety of contract templates including standard Long Term Supplier Agreements, Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, and other contract vehicles.* Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor contracts.* Identify opportunities to optimize the contract management lifecycle process and implement procedure changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
