Job description

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 years of professional experience; or 2 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

-This position is for a skilled contract professional to support the capture efforts, contract administration, and lead contract negotiations of MFC proposals/ IWTAs primarily in support of the Fixed Wing Program.
- The qualified individual must be able to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen.
- Must have ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

- Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Able to travel domestically and/or internationally when required to fulfill the responsibility of the position.

You will be a Contracts Management professional, responsible for managing contracts across the entire lifecycle, from capture to contract administration. Our team is responsible for providing business advice and guidance to ensure effective contract management and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Contracts Management professional, you will perform a range of functions, including contract solicitations, negotiations, and administration. You will serve as the company's authorized representative, building relationships with customer buying representatives and managing contracts to support business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing contracts from capture to administration
• Providing business advice and guidance to cross-functional teams
• Coordinating solutions to contractual issues and customer concerns
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Leading and supporting audits to verify compliance
• Collecting and compiling contractual data and reports

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
