The role oversees a portfolio of government and commercial awards, guiding complex negotiations with Army contracting activities and industry partners, and building contracts infrastructure within a fast-growing, FOCI-mitigated enterprise. The position directs the full contract lifecycle, drafts prime and subcontracts, reviews proposals for risk, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, public administration, or related discipline.
• Ten or more years of progressive Government contracts experience, including leadership.
• Strong negotiation track record with Government contracting activities.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR and related regimes.
• Experience with Other Transaction Agreements and non-FAR instruments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Direct the full contract lifecycle from planning to closeout for production, development, engineering, and services contracts.
• Draft and negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements with domestic and international partners.
• Assess risk in solicitations and proposed awards and recommend negotiation positions.
• Lead negotiations with Government contracting officers and multi-divisional teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, IP/data rights, and export controls; manage change and disputes.
• Recruit and develop the Land Systems contracts team and drive strategic process improvements.
