Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal activities for Government, Commercial, and International programs.
• Assist in contract administration and funding entry in PeopleSoft.
• Support performance metrics tracking and provide strategic input to program teams.
• Analyze contractual and business risk and help with mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts including prices and terms.
• Identify subcontract flow-down requirements and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
