Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Contracts Intern for our Camden, NJ location. The role supports the full contract lifecycle across Government, Commercial, and International programs, assisting with proposals, administration, and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business-related field and will gain hands-on experience in contract guidance, risk assessment, and compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal development and contract administration for Government, Commercial, and International programs.
• Process contract funding in PeopleSoft and track program performance metrics.
• Provide strategic contract guidance and risk-based solutions to program teams.
• Analyze and mitigate business and contract risks.
• Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms and provisions.
• Identify subcontract flow-down clauses and conduct risk assessments.
