Job summary

Texas Department of Transportation seeks a ROW Management Analyst III or IV to enhance contract administration, project funding, and data management within the Right of Way Division. The role focuses on evaluating processes, reducing errors, and delivering data-driven insights through automation and system integration.

The candidate will support Data Quality Management efforts, identify data risks, and implement sustainable governance practices that improve reporting accuracy and decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or related field.
• 2 years (Analyst III) or 3 years (Analyst IV) experience in business analysis, methods analysis, strategic planning, project management or related function.
• Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, streamline, and modernize contract, project funding, and data management processes.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design automation and integration solutions.
• Support Data Quality Management with governance improvements and reliable reporting.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and guide modernization initiatives, automation, and emerging technologies.
