Job summary

Senior Market Sales is seeking an Associate Counsel to advise on a broad spectrum of legal matters including corporate compliance and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be a member of a State Bar.

The Associate Counsel will engage with multi-functional teams on contracts, privacy laws, and internal legal policy revisions. Strong communication and analytical skills are required, with a preference for those with two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
• Two or more years’ related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
• Advise corporate departments on privacy laws and regulations.
• Support merger and acquisition activities through due diligence.
