Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• Membership in good standing of a State Bar is required.
• Two or more years of related work experience preferred.

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
• Partner with multi-functional teams on legal compliance.
• Advise corporate departments on privacy laws and regulations.
• Support merger and acquisition activities through due diligence.
