Job summary

DMCR is seeking a Budgets & Contracts Manager to analyze operational and financial data, optimize contracting processes, and strengthen the financial health of our programs. You will review sponsor budgets, negotiate amendments, maintain KPIs, and oversee contract execution, while coordinating with internal clients, vendors, and sites to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field required.
• 2+ years of financial planning or budget development experience.
• Experience with clinical budgeting and contracting at a biopharma company, CRO, or clinical site preferred.
• Strong problem solving and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review CRO/Sponsor budgets and contracts against study budget parameters.
• Negotiate and review contract amendments and letters.
• Develop and maintain financial KPIs for budget decision logs.
• Oversee internal contract execution process and documentation uploads.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients, vendors, and sites.
• Ensure internal systems, folders, and reports are updated accurately and timely.
