Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and relevant paralegal or contracts experience; 4 years of directly related experience may substitute for education
• Contract Management Certification or Paralegal certificate required
• Prior experience as a corporate paralegal or in intellectual property management
