Job summary

MultiCare Health System, Inc. in Remote, United States is seeking a Contracts Analyst to review, analyze, draft and negotiate contracts under the guidance of the contracts manager. The role focuses on complex, routine and non-routine contracts to ensure alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.

You will prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work, keep contract data up to date in the contract database, and track expiration/renewal dates to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law.
• Paralegal degree/certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of analytics experience in contract processes.
• Negotiation skills required.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
