Position Summary

The Contracts Analyst position is an individual contributor role that will support Renewable Fuels & Clean Products trading. This position will require close collaboration with individual Traders to support their respective lines of business. This position requires a team player with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter mentality. This individual will continually advance in their ability to evaluate contractual content of proposals, evaluate the need for additional legal review, and ensure all contracts are approved and documented appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews and analyzes contractual agreements to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
  • Evaluates for additional legal review and engages relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions
  • Provides recommendations for contract modifications based on legal and business considerations
  • Manages the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and drafting to execution and renewal
  • Maintains a centralized repository of contracts and ensures accurate and timely documentation

Education and Experience
