Job summary

Sodexo North America is seeking a Contracts Administrator in a hybrid role for its North Bethesda area. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, from bid through execution, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Sales and Legal teams to ensure compliance and risk alignment.

The position focuses on drafting, reviewing and amending contracts, with responsibility for performance evaluation within a collaborative, results-driven environment.

The Contracts Administrator supports Sodexo’s North American business by managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, executing, amending, and administering contracts across business segments.Working closely with Operations, Finance, Sales & Legal teams, this role exercises sound judgment & strong attention to detail. The position handles time-sensitive matters independently while escalating complex risks & legal issues as needed. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization.
