Job Responsibility
Job Title: Contracts Administrator Employee Type: WS Expected Weekly Hours: 40 Location: Remote Pay Rate: $27.05 per hour
Position Summary This position is responsible for various administrative support tasks for contract management across the client\'s business unit(s).
- Respond to standard product purchase agreement and RFP requests for product, and supports opportunities with enterprise or government customers using designated standard templates and existing agreement references
- Research content in existing agreements for purposes of reporting
- Interface internal stakeholders and customers to execute routine agreements and book business
- Respond to customer\'s contract inquiries after execution
- Support contract life cycle management
- Confirm approvals and signatures and prepare data for system entry and agreement archiving
- Comply with financial reporting (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley) and audit requirements
- Help implement business process/workflow improvements
- Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestones
- Perform other duties as needed
Education and Credential Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering Management, Laws, or related field
- Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
Experience Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a contracts management related role
- Basic knowledge of contracts administration methods through education or relevant experience
- Proficient in basic business applications and web tools
- Experience communicating directly with customers and external partners
- Experience managing vendor/supplier relationships preferred
Skills Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- High proficiency using productivity software such as M365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint)
- Ability to use project/program management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities, and track issues to resolution
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset

- The position typically operates in a standard office environment and/or from employee\'s home
