Job summary

Airtronics is seeking a Contracts Administrator for our Government business sector. The ideal candidate will have experience administering federal contracts, knowledge of FAR/DFAR, and familiarity with DoD databases such as WAWF, enabling effective interaction with customers.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Government Agencies and DoD.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and other contracting regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms and conditions, including FAR/DFARs, and related regulations for DoD projects.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Airtronics is seeking a Contracts Administrator for our Government business sector. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the administration of federal government contracts, experience in WAWF and other commonly used DoD databases as well as knowledge of the FAR/DFAR, and the ability to interact with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Daily administration of Government contracts of various types and complexity
  • Prepares and administers routine correspondence, supporting documents and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal
Job Requirements
  • Experience working with Government Agencies and DoD
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and other associated contracting regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms and conditions, including FAR/DFARs, as well as other regulations governing the day to day operations of US Government funded projects
  • Highly motivated, problem solving and detail oriented with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and create trusting relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Candidate must be able to prioritize multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Computer literate with MS Office application especially Word and Excel
  • A four year BS/BA degree is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced office
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required
  • Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude
  • Leadership experience is a strongly desired
