Overview

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support contract lifecycle activities for aerospace and defense products. The position reports to the Contracts Manager and is based onsite in Chatsworth, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the contract process, including quoting, order entry, contract review, order management, account reconciliation, and delivery of products and/or services.
• Review and validate purchase order requirements, terms and conditions, and contract flow‑downs.
• Interpret and communicate contractual language and requirements.
• Prepare and manage quotes and proposals.
• Maintain customer portals and scorecards.
• Facilitate customer requests and meetings, ensuring high response rates with exceptional quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace industry experience and knowledge of FAR/DFAR are preferred.
• NCMA certification preferred.
• Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
