Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Contract Administrator to prepare, review, and negotiate standard contract terms and conditions. You will draft simple documents, maintain the contract database, and support negotiation staff with templates and filings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, a Paralegal certification is a plus, and at least two years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Primary Function of Position:
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate standard agreement terms and conditions.
  • Draft simple documents and letters.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks to support departmental projects.
  • Ensure all relevant data is accurately entered and maintained in Intuitive’s contract management database.
  • Collaborate with Contract Negotiation staff to update and organize form templates on the shared drive.
  • Maintain the Contract Administration filing system.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
