You Are: The CSSO for SCI activities and secure facilities, and the CPSO for SAP activities and secure facilities.

The work includes:

• Managing security operations and response for offices in Northern VA.
• Providing full-service DoD/IC support and Industrial Security compliance.
• Supporting facility security, visit certifications, document control, physical security, and alarm responses.
• Conducting self-inspections and supporting security audits.
• Interacting with internal and external customers.
• Maintaining SAPF and SCIF accreditation and integrity.
• Collaborating with ISSM on system installation and accreditation.
• Overseeing SAPF or SCIF construction projects.
• Preparing proposal responses and guidance.
• Engaging in program security reporting and record maintenance.
• Maintaining required security clearances and access to IT networks.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 6+ years of industrial security experience within the Intelligence Community
• Knowledge of government security policies (e.g., NISPOM, ICD 705, ICD 704, DoDD 5205.07)
• Experience with SCIF and SAPF management and operations
• Familiarity with DISS, Scattered Castles, JADE, and ACS/IDS systems
• Completed COMSEC training and DIAS knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with SIMS, ACCS databases
• Knowledge of physical, personnel, information system, and industrial security disciplines
• FOCI knowledge

Compensation varies by location, with a range of $108,400—$203,400 USD in specified states. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing application acceptance.
