Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Contractor Services Coordinator to join our team! As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing contractor relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, coordinating project timelines, and handling day-to-day tasks to support our team of contractors.

This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere within the USA. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about creating efficient systems to manage contractors, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, providing excellent support and assistance.

Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of expectations.

Maintain and update contractor schedules, project timelines, and deliverables.

Track performance and provide feedback to contractors, ensuring quality standards are met.

Assist in contract management and ensure all legal and compliance requirements are adhered to.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges contractors may face during their projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractors are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Help improve and streamline processes for contractor engagement and management.

Qualifications:

Must be located in the USA.

Proven experience as a contractor services coordinator, project manager, or in a similar administrative role.

Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with remote contractors.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools a plus (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Previous experience working in a remote setting is preferred.
