RTX is seeking an alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer to support Pratt & Whitney Government Security Compliance. You will help implement and oversee a national security program, ensuring daily on-site security with program management collaboration.

Required are advanced security credentials and 1+ year in industrial security, with ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance and maintain SAP access. Onsite role with US citizenship and active clearance needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with 3+ years in Security, Military or Defense; or Bachelor's with 5+ years in relevant industry.
• Experience in Industrial Security field required; DoD SAP/SCI knowledge a plus.
• Active US Government SECURITY clearance at SECRET level or higher; TOP SECRET possible.

What You Will Do:

Support Pratt & Whitney's Government Security Compliance department as an alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) responsible for the implementation and oversight of a special access national security program. Selected candidate will be assigned to the Special Access Programs Security Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full scope implementation of Department of War Special Access Program Security Manual, company Standard Operating Procedures and additional contractual security requirements. Complete duties as assigned by management to include but not limited to: Apply the requirements of the SAP Security Manual across a portfolio of programs and facilities.
• Collaborate with security and program management for the development, implementation and achievement of program unique security goals and requirements.
• Develop and/or implement program specific security plans.
• Provide PERSEC related initial, annual and program specific security training to the accessed employee community.
• Assist in the completion of annual and event-based security compliance inspections and audits.
• Provide daily in-person support to the accessed employee community.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of Security, Military or Defense experience, or government regulated environment; OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Associate's degree (or 2-year technical training) and 7+ years of relevant industry experience; We will also consider High School Diploma or specialized Technical or Military training and 9+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience must include 1+ years working directly in Industrial Security field.
• Active US Government Security Clearance, SECRET level or higher.
• Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance with SAP/SCI access.
• Ability to meet enhanced security requirements to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience implementing the DoD SAP Security Manual
• Familiarization with the ICD-705 Technical Specifications for SCIFs
• Experience with DISS, NISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar databases
• Working knowledge of DoD SAP and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
