Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably hardware/building materials.
• Strong merchandising, inventory, and vendor-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising of aisles, endcaps, and displays to boost sales.
• Manage weekly hardware replenishment from the warehouse.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams and Orgill on promos.
• Maintain accurate inventory and pricing.
• Train store associates on products and sales techniques.
• Support e-commerce listings and online pricing.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and regional knowledge sharing.
