The Role:
Contract Term: 3 months with possible extension
Somerville, MA - Hybrid (at least 3 days per week onsite)
Generate:Biomedicines is reimagining drug development, and we’re growing. To support hiring momentum and internal People & Culture (P&C) initiatives, we’re seeking a Contract P&C Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This individual will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while providing high-level administrative support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and broader P&C team.
In this role, you'll play an important role in both the hiring process and day to day P&C administration by seamlessly balancing candidate coordination with administrative support for the P&C team. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and P&C leaders to manage meeting scheduling and coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistical planning, while also supporting internal operations through documentation, and invoice tracking. Your strengths in coordination, administration, project management, and problem- solving will be utilized in support of key projects - ensuring every interaction reflects Generate’s values.
