Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years governmental or commercial accounting experience.
• Experience with independent contractor and foreign entity payments.
• Knowledge of IRS regulations and tax treaty provisions.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all vouchers for independent contractors and nonresident alien non-employees.
• Serve as a resource to CSU personnel on payment issues.
• Process treaty benefits for nonresident alien payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRS regulations and immigration laws.
