My MediRides in St. Petersburg, FL seeks kind, hardworking part-time drivers to transport customers to medical appointments. Location includes St. Petersburg, Largo, Pinellas Park, Seminole.

Pay is $15 per hour plus per-trip incentives; training provided; company supplies vehicle and fuel card. This role is Monday through Friday daytime, with supervision and safety policies, and flexible schedule options. Drivers must maintain safety, report DMV issues, and deliver reliable, courteous service

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid state driver's license.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the applying location.
• At least 5 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening, MVR check, background check and driving performance test.
• Must not have a physical impairment preventing safe driving or essential duties.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Able to use GPS/technology systems and read roadmaps.
• Ability to lift and pull up to 20 pounds.
• Able to climb in/out of vehicles and inspect undercarriage/tires.

Aufgaben

• Drive Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

• Report moving violations to supervisor immediately.
• Safely transport customers to appointments and adhere to laws and PTI policies.
• Drive vehicles safely and provide reliable, courteous customer service.
• Timely pickups and arrivals for appointments.
• Report defects, mechanical problems, or missing items to Manager.
• Perform vehicle inspection while refueling.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• This is a Monday-Friday day time job
• Company will provide paid in field training, vehicle to use when transporting customers, and a fuel card
• It is the responsibility of the employee to report any and all moving violations to his or her supervisor immediately
• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting our customer’s to and from doctor’s appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, pharmacies, or any other medical appointments on time, while adhering to federal, state and local traffic laws, as well as PTI’s policies and procedures
• Driving vehicles in a safe manner
• Provide reliable, courteous and respectful customer service
• Report to pickups at the required need time and location to ensure passengers timely arrival for appointments
• Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items to your Manager
• Perform a vehicle inspection while refueling vehicle
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding PTI’s business secrets and customer information
• Abide by all Company policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
