Job summary

DEFTEC delivers mission-critical solutions and supports NATO-driven MDJE capability development across DOTMLPFI. The role focuses on program management, requirements traceability, and coordination with national and international military and civilian partners.

Travel up to 40 days per year may be required. The incumbent will organize workshops, interact with NATO agencies, and support doctrinal development while ensuring alignment with governance models and capability delivery across the

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, operations research or related fields.
• Active NATO Secret Security Clearance.
• 3 years' briefing senior leaders/decision makers in the last 10 years.
• 5 years of operational experience in integration and synchronization of effects at Joint/Strategic level.
• 2 years of program/project management experience in a complex, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support MDJE capability product development across DOTMLPFI lines of development.
• Interact with MDJE stakeholders from tactical to strategic levels.
• Provide methodological and analytical support for holistic MDJE capability development.
• Support MDJE-related projects such as NKKFI and Beacon Projects.
• Elicit, capture, develop, analyze, evaluate, and trace requirements.
