Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in academic publishing, research, or higher education.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research U.S. universities, research labs, funding agencies, and publishing trends.
  • Track emerging conversations around AI, academic integrity, and publication ethics within the U.S. research ecosystem.
  • Assist in Editage’s campaigns for the US audience (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, AI + Human launch, etc.).
  • Support digital marketing — ideation, drafting posts, coordinating between teams for the launch of IMC campaigns.
  • Track social media and digital performance metrics; assist in weekly campaign reporting and insight gathering.
  • Support coordination for on-ground university presence — researcher meetups, student workshops, and conference tie-ups.
  • Help plan and execute virtual or hybrid events for grad students and faculty
  • Liaise with student groups and research organizations to drive awareness and partnerships.
  • Identify potential academic creators, grad fluencers, and research communicators in the U.S. to collaborate on campaigns.
  • Work on creator briefs and coordinate with creators on deliverables.

This is a 3-month contractual opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Research U.S. universities, research labs, funding agencies, and publishing trends.
