Job summary

Evonik invites applications for a Contractor Coordinator at our Blair, NE site. The role oversees contractor management, ensuring compliance with Evonik standards and SAP data integrity.

You will coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams, validate timesheets, and approve invoices while supporting cost containment efforts. The position requires an associate or bachelor degree in science or finance, or equivalent experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to interface with engineering, maintenance and vendors.
• Experience with SAP, including data entry, cost tracking and maintenance modules.
• At least 5 years in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor management at site and ensure compliance with group standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for vendor coordination, timesheet validation, and invoice approval in SAP.
• Provide monthly financial consolidation of project costs and prepare variances for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement of contractor cost control and SAP data accuracy.
