• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Science or Finance (or equivalent).
• Experience operating with minimal supervision and budgeting considerations.
• Knowledge of SAP, maintenance, engineering and warehouse modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor management activities and serve as the site SME for contractor compliance.
• Direct seven steps of contractor management and resolve compliance gaps proactively.
• Coordinate vendors, validate timesheets, and ensure accurate SAP entries for hours and work orders.
• Lead cost control: analyze variances, reconcile project costs, and prepare summaries for management.
