Job summary

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a detail-oriented Contractor Specialist to manage our contingent workforce program. This hybrid role can be performed from any US office location, supporting contractor documentation, onboarding, renewals, compliance, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient contractor engagement and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing the contingent worker lifecycle or contractor administration.
• Experience maintaining contract documentation and working within document management systems.
• Analytical skills to track, monitor, and report contractor-related metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of contractor, procurement, or contract administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor documentation, records, and repositories throughout the contingent worker lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, renewals, and onboarding activities for contingent resources.
• Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and expirations, providing timely updates and follow-up.
• Administer background screening, independence reviews, and other compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to contractor activity and program metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and stakeholders to support contractor engagement processes.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve contractor administration workflows.
