The Phoenix is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Contractor to develop automated engagement strategies across digital channels. This role involves crafting messaging and optimizing campaigns to deepen engagement within a vibrant community of over 700,000 members and 3,000 volunteers. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience with marketing platforms, excellent analytical abilities, and a passion for recovery and wellness.

You don't just build campaigns; you craft digital experiences that meet people where they are and guide them forward. You think in funnels and flows, turning strategic vision into automated journeys, segmented audiences, and personalized messaging that drives real engagement. You know how to translate member insights into targeted, compelling communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Most importantly, you're passionate about recovery and committed to reshaping how the world sees addiction, using every touchpoint as a chance to provide support and boost connection.
The scope of this contract position includes the build-out of an automated engagement engine, creating sophisticated, cross-channel journeys that deepen member engagement and grow our volunteer community. You'll work closely with the Associate Director of Digital Communications to bring lifecycle marketing campaigns to life through Phoenix and NewForm platforms, creating seamless experiences that nurture, engage, and inspire our growing community of 700,000+ members and 3000+ volunteers.You'll own the technical execution of our lifecycle program, from audience segmentation and journey mapping to message deployment and performance optimization.

Since 2006, we have served hundreds of thousands of individuals with the help of thousands of volunteers across the country.
