Job summary

Brown Technologies Incorporated in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Specialist to support the FLRAA MV-75 simulation program at Army Redstone and Fort Rucker. The CLS Specialist serves as the primary onsite technical authority and operator for the simulation environment, ensuring readiness of enclaves, host computers, and facility power/HVAC.

Standard shift 0800–1600 with occasional weekend/holiday shifts; up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in flight simulation maintenance or HWIL/tactical systems support.
• Hands-on experience configuring flight simulators and operating IOS.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Availability for 0800–1600 shift plus occasional weekend/holiday shifts and up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Simulator Operations: daily initialization, readiness testing, visual display calibration.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: isolate faults to LRU level and coordinate repairs; apply OEM updates.
• VP-to-FTD Upgrade Support: review upgrade plans and assist with testing and validation.
• Generator Support: PMCS and monthly load-bank testing on the 10K diesel generator.
• Logistics: conduct inventories of Government Furnished Equipment and report discrepancies.
• Device Maintenance & Program Integration: onsite maintenance and support program office activities.
• VIP Hosting & Stakeholder Engagement: host stakeholders and conduct site tours.
