Northwestern Mutual Houston is seeking a Contracting, Licensing & Registration Specialist to support onboarding, licensing, and education requirements for financial representatives and staff. You will coordinate with Network, District, Ensemble, and Home Office teams, manage confidential records, and drive process improvements.

The role is full-time, based in Houston, with a base salary and benefits package designed to support long-term career growth within the Network Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in contracting, licensing, registration, compliance operations, or a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills for high-volume workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and learning new systems quickly.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding process for financial representatives and staff across stakeholders.
• Manage records for contracts and changes with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide status updates in weekly recruiting meetings and leadership communications.
• Own NMIS licensing activities for new and existing staff.
• Coordinate CE requirements and ensure timely completion.
• Use systems to administer, track, and report onboarding progress.
• Support ad hoc projects and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure onboarding to the Financial Planning Academy.
