Contracting Coordinator - Seasonal Position

This role involves providing high-level office support by reviewing, filing, and submitting contracts, licenses, applications, and other paperwork.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Verifying data accuracy and completeness from documents.
  2. Contacting customers to resolve questions or missing information.
  3. Entering data into the Premier Agency System (PAS) following on-screen formats.
  4. Managing records, files, and document routing.
  5. Updating online contracts, carriers, products, and agency links in the system.
  6. Responding to customer inquiries about document status.
  7. Completing additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Contract & Licensing Manager.
