Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, financial services or insurance operations preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret contracting rules, validate compensation, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to agent contracting.
• Research and resolve contracting and compensation discrepancies.
• Produce timely, accurate reporting related to contracting status.
