Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations.

• Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques.
• Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning.
• Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share findings and support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system.

Role Highlights

• Anticipated Start Date: 10/1/26
• Compensation: $120 per Evaluation
• Employment Type: Contracted, minimum of 5-10 hours of weekly availability
• Location: In-Home Visits

More About Compensation

• Contractors are paid on a monthly basis, within 2 weeks of the previous month’s end.

• We pay per completed evaluation - this includes:

  • Travel to/from client’s home
  • The evaluation itself
  • Documentation

• If needed, we will pay additionally for extended travel - we will always discuss and approve ahead of time
